Does it matter? Or do we have to assume that the moon/mars has suddenly grown an atmosphere?
Edit: oh okay. The moon then, since it's closer to Earth.

Assuming wings would be mandatory to fly, I'd like to breathe underwater. *sits at bottom of lake*
